CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVE - MONACO

CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description

This role is to develop and support the growth of Global Jet’s charter sales department in Monaco and its region by identifying and targeting potential clients. As the Charter Sales Executive, you will promote Global Jet’s charter sales services while retaining and growing existing client relationships by conveying the image and core values of the company.

 

Your duties will be to:

Build-up and manage a new solid clientele for the region
Cultivate Customer relationships through formal and informal meetings on a regular basis
Coordinate the communication between your department and the worldwide charter sales departments
Regular reporting on activity status
Participate in sales/marketing events to promote the Monaco Charter Sales services (airshows, customers’ events, etc.)

Knowledge

Ability to work independently and under pressure
Extended existing network in Monaco region
In depth knowledge of Monaco region
Dynamic, motivated and goal oriented
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a confident and proactive character
Discrete person with a sound understanding of the meaning of service

Yourself

Aged between 25 to 40 years old
Degree holder with 3 years’ experience in business aviation or high-end service industry
Fluent in French with excellent command of spoken and written English
Applicants must live close to Monaco as the position is physically located there full-time

FLIGHT DISPATCHERS

To reinforce our Operational Control Centre we are offering an opportunity for motivated

FLIGHT DISPATCHERS
Job Description

On a shift basis, you will be taking care of flight planning, ATC handling, overflight permit applications and handling requests, weather and technical crew briefings.

Knowledge

Firm knowledge of weather and NOTAM interpretation and sound experience of worldwide flight planning (Lido Flight or Jet Planner knowledge would be and asset), preferably with ETOPS experience. Experienced with the use of operational documentation (OM-A, MEL, Jeppesen Charts). Good knowledge of aircraft performance and operating limitations.

Yourself

Aged between 25 or 40 years old, you are Swiss, EU national or under benefit of a Swiss resident permit.  You have a previous experience in an aviation operations environment, preferably in the business aviation field. You are fluent in English, preferably master Spanish, any additional language will be an asset. You are computer literate. Furthermore, you are meticulous with a strong team spirit, flexible and have excellent communication skills. You are willing to work in shifts, including nights and week-ends.

Customer Flight Support Officer
Job Description

The Customer Flight Support department (CFS) is responsible for the planning and the coordination of the Company’s flights worldwide. You will work in close connection with internal operational and non-operational departments as well as external suppliers to coordinate all necessary framework in order to deliver an optimal service to our clients.

 

Your duties will be to:

 

Communicate and coordinate flights with customers and Company’s departments

Liaise with different suppliers for any additional services linked to flights such as limousine, helicopter or other services

Develop and make decisions of short-term alternatives according to frameworks and company’s procedures

Evaluate and anticipate the economical and operational aspects

Monitor all relevant processes

Work in shifts (including weekends and nights)

 

Knowledge

 

 

Service and customer oriented, preferably with previous experience in the Luxury industry from a customer service perspective.

Solution-oriented, you are able to prioritize and work in a team

Excellent ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy

Very good communication skills

Able to cope with heavy workload

 

Requirements

A previous experience in business aviation would be advantageous

Excellent English skills both written and spoken. French is an asset as well as other languages.

Good IT skills (MS Office, web and relational database systems)

Furthermore, you are meticulous with a distinctive team spirit, flexible and have excellent social skills. You are willing to work on a shift base, including nights and weekends.
